In today's Friday sermon Huzoor explained about a Quranic prayer which talks about the divine attribute of God called Al-Wahab means The Bestower.
Prayer - "Our God,let not our hearts be deviated from the right path after you have guided us.Bestow your mercy on us. Sure, you are the Bestower"
Gods grace and blessings have enabled us to accept Holy prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the promised Messiah (on whom be peace) and the eternal system of Khilafat.This is the right path we Ahmadi Muslims believe and has been guided by Almighty God.
Huzur explained we ask Gods mercy to stay in this path and humbly supplicate not to take us away from this blessing due to any negligence of ours.We ask to keep us safe from all evil and increase us in taqwa and in faith.
Huzur said saying this beautiful prayer should be ‘routine’ for every Ahmadi This supplication will help safeguard our Salat and our Salat will, in turn, safeguards us. May Allah enable us to safeguard our worships and our deeds. Ameen.
