Huzoor continued with the first of the four aspects of Prophet Abraham's (peace be upon him) prayer for the mankind. This is the signs of God. The Holy Qur'an is full of such signs from Allah. When Qur'an talks about earlier people and their fate, they are not stories. They are indeed signs for people to unedrstand the truth and reject evil. The signs of Allah speaks of consolation and good news for the good people. It also talks about the ill destiny for the bad people. Patience, gratefulness and obedience are some of the attributes that Allah illustrates using various such signs in the Holy Qur'an.

This friday sermon was based on the divine attribute called Al Hakeem, meaning The Wise. Al Hakeen is the one with absolute knowledge about everything. We all seek worldly knowledge from our schools. The Promised Messiah taught us to learn about the divine knowledge as well. This is possible only if we follow Allah's commandments. We should have humulity and should understand that Allah is the Mightly and the Wise to understand Allah's commandments. Huzoor also asked us to become the true manifestations of the divine attributes by following the right path.

This friday sermon was based on the attribute of Allah called Al-Aziz. Al-Aziz means the Mighty. Huzur said man is like a small dot in the entire universe and the true objective for man is to understand the power of Allah, to be his true servant and to follow his commandments and do good deeds. Allah has created man with wisdom and he has the free will to choose between the right and the wrong. Those who do good deeds will be rewarded by Allah. Holy Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) and later the Promised Messiah (alaihissalaat wassalaam) taught us to be good and be mindful of God's teachings always. May Allah enable us to become His true servants and enable us to have an understanding of our true objectives.
